1 Week Old!

Yay! 1 week birthday :D all are putting on weight and have such cute little fat bellies!

Belle is also getting to be a bit more of her old self again which is making me happy, though she still feels too skinny to me! Oh well more tasty treats for her I guess lol

Day 6 - Updated Pics

Our days have been taken over by the 4 house hippos and 2 seals, now living under the kitchen table!

Day 4 - 1st Official Weigh In

Liddle Louis - 155g (started off at around 90g) - Male Powderpuff

River - 195g (was 187g last night) - Female Powderpuff


Pinky (due to one black toe!) - 260g - Female Hairless


Woodstock (This guy is a whiner!!!) - 215g - Male Hairless

Sock (cos she has a perfect sock!) - 195g - Female Hairless

Ursa (Dotty Nose) - 290g (was around 140g Wed, heaviest of the litter!) - Female Hairless

Pups Day 3

Here are some pictures taken last night of the 6 pups! Starting to show little personailities and also easier to distinguish now lol

Also tried weighing the pups last night, but my scales batteries decided to die on me, argh!

RIP Kinky Tailed Girl

We sadly lost one of the pups today, she was small, not feeding and dehydrated... Possibly other things wrong as she had a very cute but deformed kinky tail (twisted at the end like a little piglet).

Vet put her to sleep this afternoon.

Too sweet & fragile a soul for this world.

Other news - Vet as said that mum and 6 pups are all healthy and doing well!

Belle was 4 days early! Not surprising as she had 7 little babies in that belly of hers!

Week 7 Update

Belle has less than 2 weeks to go! Have been able to feel tiny little puppy kicks over the past few days, the first being felt on Sunday :)

Whelping Box is Here!

Whelping box was ordered Sunday night and the whelping box arrived today! Not bad service!

Also got a rather dandy whelping planner PDF which loads of information, puppy record form, contract, application form for possible puppy owners!

Well not sure it was urgent, but damn good delivery time!

Not long now to go, have booked my time off work & the lovely Caroline on my team has switched 10-6 shifts with me! (Well she said anything to help the puppies lol).
