As Belle as been officially announced 'up the duff' by a vet today, I've decided to track the progress of my gorgeous girl and also her pups when they are born.
Pups are due November 21st!
Here is a pic of mummy to be - my gorgeous girly Belle
Her 5 week belly
We're all very excited and nervous about the up & coming birth. Next on our to-do list is to get a whelping box arranged (we are getting a disposable one from: http://www.petnapwhelpingboxes.co.uk), then we will need to start sorting through all our old towels & bedsheets to see what we don't mind using as puppy bedding!
Was feeling a bit unsettled by everything & all the information you can find on the internet, but feel much better after seeing the Vet who says Belle is extremely good condition and no reason why we should have any issues when her time is due!

Day 28 - 35: The puppies start to look like dogs; toes, claws and whiskers are starting to develop. Puppies are now boys and girls, eyes that were open are now closed (and will be until 10 days after birth)
Day 36 - 42: Puppies become coloured!
oooo its all so exciting. Did vet say anthing about how many she might have.
